As the sun starts to shine and wellies make their seasonal comeback, festival season is kicking into high gear across the UK. From sprawling countryside stages to urban hoedowns, 2025 is shaping up to be an unforgettable summer for music lovers — especially those of us who like our twang with a little edge.
We’re all about bringing that Nashville energy to British soil. Whether you’re a lifelong country fan or just discovering your cowboy boots, here’s our roundup of the hottest festivals across the UK where you can soak up some sun, sip something cold, and shout yeehaw with the best of them.
BST Hyde Park (London) 27th June – 13th July
Not strictly country — but stay with us. BST Hyde Park consistently books huge names, and this year there’s a growing southern influence. With a mix of legends and modern artists, you might just catch a set that scratches your country itch while standing in the heart of London.
Country on the Common (London) 5th – 6th July
Country on the Common is set to take over Tooting Common for a weekend of southern charm. Headliners include UK country favourites The Shires and Ward Thomas, alongside Canadian singer-songwriter Noah Reid. The festival will also feature line dancing, axe throwing, BBQ food, craft beer, and all things country.
Country Calling (Essex) 16th – 17th August
Making its debut at the picturesque Hylands Estate, Country Calling is set to be the biggest country music festival in the region. With over 40 acts across multiple stages, including international headliners like Dillon Carmichael and Kaylee Bell, as well as UK favourites such as Kezia Gill, Jade Helliwell, and Morganway, this two-day event promises an unforgettable experience.
Long Road Festival (Leicestershire) 22nd – 24th August
Set in the rolling greenery of Stanford Hall, The Long Road is the UK’s mecca for country, Americana, and roots music. Think big stages, intimate campfire sets, bourbon tastings, vintage cars, and cowboy hats as far as the eye can see. 2025’s lineup promises a strong mix of Nashville imports and rising UK stars.
Keep it Country Festival (Multiple Locations) 24th – 26th October
Extending the country festivities into autumn, the Keep It Country Festival offers a three-day, three-city celebration of country music. Kicking off at Indigo at The O2 in London on 24 October, moving to KK’s Steel Mill in Wolverhampton on 25 October, and concluding at O2 City Hall in Newcastle on 26 October, each event promises a star-studded lineup. Attendees can look forward to performances by Chapel Hart, Hannah Dasher, Twinnie, Sterling Drake, Laura Aston, and Ryan Evans. The festival also features top tribute acts like Luke Combs UK and Morgan Wallen UK, along with DJ Chris Armstrong spinning country favourites.
So, City Slicker or Country Soul?
Whether you’re repping cowboy hats in London or dusting them off in the Midlands, 2025’s festival scene proves that the UK’s love for country music is louder than ever. We’ll be dancing through it all — and we hope to see you on the dancefloor (or the hay bales) soon.
